Becker College - Adjunct Professor of Esports

With the rise of esports, many digitally focused schools such as Emerson and Becker College felt the desire implement esport education into their curriculum. As an extension of my video game curriculum that I had written for Brown University, I was also asked to help write and teach Becker College's first Esports Management Course.

The 3-unit course boasted weekly 2.5 hour classes which focused on the business of video games and esports. As one of the adjuncy professors for the class, I was tasked with teaching and grading the course. My sections focused primarily on the structure of the esports ecosystem along with the revenue streams that support streaming.

In addition to esports curriculum, I also helped Chair Becker College's Esports Advisory Board to develop a 5-year growth and development plan for their new Esports Major.
